As a provider of services in education and the health sector, we ensure that quality advice, guidance and support is at the core of every piece of work we do.
Our team is passionate about education and all our consultants began their careers in teaching and progressed to senior management roles. We draw on this experience to provide ICT consultancy services to individual schools, Trusts, construction companies as well as national and international Governments and their agencies.
Our experience includes providing a wide range of services to the Department for Education (DfE), Crown Commercial Service (CCS) and the NHS. We've worked on over 300 projects in various schemes, including the Academy, BSF, PSBP, SRP, Mod A/B/C, MMC, Free School, UTC, Studio School programmes and hospital rebuild projects. Recently we have provided ICT advice to those wishing to achieve Passivhaus or Net Zero Carbon status on new builds and how to achieve this with a fit-for-purpose ICT solution.

Rhian is widely recognised, both nationally and internationally, as one of the leading experts in ICT Consultancy. Having started her career as Head of Business Education and Vocational Educational Lead, she then moved to be a Capital Build Programme Manager at Becta, an ICT Adviser at the DfE, Programme Advisor to the Mohammed Bin Rashid Smart Learning Programme, before founding EVR Consulting Limited in 2014.
Bethan Evans

Bethan is a highly experienced ICT consultant having worked on a range of capital funded schemes, procurements and bids. Bethan began her career as Head of Music at secondary school level, before completing her Masters in the Psychology of Education. As an ICT Consultant, she has worked on Free Schools, UTC, PSBP refurbs and rebuilds as well as specialist SEND schools. She has a vast range of knowledge of both modular and traditional build methods.

Quintus is a highly experienced IT Programme Manager, Senior Project Manager and consultant, he has a proven track record delivering projects utilising PRINCE 2 methodologies. This covers a range of projects across public organisations as the IT contractor covering government agencies, schools, academies, UTCs and local authorities.
