From SRP and CTF to RAAC and Local Authority school projects, EVR delivers a comprehensive, end-to-end service, covering everything from PITT through to PC.
As a key member of the design team, our deep understanding of DEIRs, the Technical Manual, and the DfE process ensures fully compliant designs. By engaging early, we help de-risk the critical pre-construction stage for our clients.
With experience on more than 350 school building projects, we excel in producing a complete suite of DEIR documents, including ICT designs and CPs, while liaising closely with schools and the DfE throughout RIBA Stages 2–4.
During construction, our meticulous attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills enable us to effectively manage ICT equipment installation and testing with precision.
For new schools, particularly SEND facilities, we translate ICT requirements into a fully integrated building design that reflects every aspect of the school’s ICT strategy.

Wombourne High School, REDS10
A state-of-the-art MMC STEM block with EVR as part of the design team, then delivering the ICT solution as per the DfE requirements including switches, wireless and audio-visual solutions.
Central Bedfordshire’s School for the Future Programme
Working as part of the Mace project management team, EVR developed a set of ICT output specification requirements as well as a funding model for the ICT budgets for use across all schools in Central Bedfordshire’s new two-tier education system.
Seven Stars School, Conlon Construction
A net zero carbon in operation primary school, EVR completed Stage 3 and 4 documentation in-line with DfE requirements, as well as designing and installing the ICT solution including new switches, wireless and AV.
Parks Primary School, RAAC scheme, McAvoy Group
A fast-paced scheme where EVR provided ICT solution design works and full CP documentation, ICT equipment installation and decant services.
Pathways School, SEMH specialism, REDS10
A new school that supports students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) built using MMC. EVR was a vital cog in the design team and manged the ICT elements in construction.
