Serving as the Technical ICT Authority, we provide Local Authorities with the expertise typically delivered by a DfE ICT Advisor. Our role includes:

• Developing project-specific Output Specifications and Responsibility Matrices​

• Advising on ICT funding and creating tailored funding models​

​

• Representing the Local Authority at Client Engagement Meetings to ensure contractors comply with issued specifications​

​

• Reviewing draft and final CPs for compliance

​​

• Overseeing the delivery of ICT components during the construction phase
